Well sort of halfway answered my question, there is a Chelski fan out there, so how about the second part, where can a dude watch the game, my mates away and he forgot to give me his key so I could watch it on his sat box.
Can get it on my PC but its not great.

There are tons of coffeeshops/restraunts on Tahlia Street that view all of the games. I've got plans for tonights game, but if your up we should watch it sometime in Tahlia and start our own Chelsea Fan Club in the Middle of the Desert.
