Compounds with younger crowd
Hello All,
I am looking to rent a one bedroom apt in a compound starting November. I will be in Riyadh from October so am able to go in person to view places 
I was wondering if anyone had recs for compounds that might cater more towards a young/single crowd. I am 31 and was ideally looking for a place where I can meet people and build community.
I will be working in the financial district and had a budget between 90 - 120k SAR annually. I would ideally like to be within a 30 min drive from the KAFD. Would really appreciate if you had any pointers for compounds or commerical apartment complexes that I should look into.
