Withdraw / Cancel or Remove Deportation for Visa Extention Case

NabeelQ

My friend's father arrived on 02/02/23, and after a month, he received a message to extend his visa. He completed all the necessary formalities on time, and when he checked the mobile application, it showed that his visa had been extended. His return tickets were already booked for 18/03/23. Unfortunately, when he arrived at the immigration checkpoint, he was stopped due to the claim that his visa had not been extended. He visited Jawazat at the airport, and they informed him that he needed to submit a fine of 700 SAR and extend the visa from Jawazat Malik Fahad. He paid the fine and visited the Jawazat office. However, during the month of Ramadan, the Jawazat office was closed due to the heavy flow of Umrah pilgrims. He explored various avenues to resolve the issue.

His company sent an Egyptian colleague to Jawazat(Malik fahad) wherefrom they  went to wafedeen. They submitted the necessary documents to Wafedeen Alkharaj, with the expectation of obtaining an extension or a grace period. He booked tickets for his father to leave the country after two days and brought all the supporting documents with him when he submitted the case. They were told that they would receive a call.

He made multiple visits to Jawazat Malik Fahad and Wafdeen Alkharaj in an attempt to find a solution. After Eid, they successfully extended the visa at Jawazat Malik Fahad in Riyadh. He booked his father's return tickets to India, and after a week, they left for India. A month later, when he renewed his car's istimarah, he received a message to visit the Maroor office. It was at this point that he discovered the existence of a case. His company's HR department inquired about the case and learned that it was the same case they had submitted to Wafadeen Alkharaj for visa extension or grace period approval.

During their visit to Wafedeen Alkharaj, they were informed that his service had been suspended, and a deportation order had been issued against him. They explored various options to cancel the deportation order but were unable to find a solution.

If anyone knows how to handle this case and remove deportation, please let us know.

None of this makes sense.  Deportation orders are NOT issued for visa overstay cases - against the sponsor.  Your "friend" is not giving you the whole story.  Tell him to get a lawyer.
