Anyone have an Idea why my outgoing employer is doing a manual procedure of my employee transfer request? What will happen to my employee transfer request in Qiwa since my outgoing employer bypassed the platform. My incoming employer used Qiwa platform to upload and send the employee transfer request, I myself used the Qiwa platform to accept the request. When it comes to my outgoing employer they did not use Qiwa to accept it, instead they are doing the manual procedure.
