1) Saudi is very much safe but definitely with some hassles.
2) rent would be around 2k to 2.5k
3) cost of living would depend on you, but approx 2.5k would be sufficient for a normal indian lifestyle. I guess other major chunk would be schooling fees.
4) saving is totally upto you.

this is most safest country on earth ,,,,,,,,,,, westren and non islamic coutries even cant thinks the safty condations here ...and every budy have right to perform his religious activities at home ,, even in the mid night ur family can roam around on roads ,,, no ne will look with full eyes.... .

yes, I think u r right, I personally talked with one indian person living there & he told me there is no problem for Indians as long as we follow  their rules outside home...
