Hello everyone, it's been awhile since my last post. Hoping for your help this time. I have a serious matter regarding on being a guarantor to someone whom I thought is my friend. A friend ask me to be his guarantor and yes I did, he promise that he will be a good payer but after the second payment he can no longer pay his 3rd and 4th payment as a guarantor the agency is calling about this matter. I don't have enough money to pay this and still sending cash to my family. I don't have any share for the installment cash and I cannot pay the depth. I need a lawyer that could help me or support me to fight my right as a guarantor and my friend is still around to ask the payment. Pls guys lead me.....

Hi MannyLQ,

Your question is not clear enough, could you tell what Agency are you talking about because Banks have complete different procedure and a private company is totally different.
