Terrorism in Jeddah: how risky is it?

I hear from HM Government that Western teachers in Jeddah are currently targets for jihadists. Does anyone working there havae any views on this (or if you're not working there do you know anyone who is?) Need to know before making my application.....Many thanks

Lol!! I haven't heard any such incidents and been in Jeddah all my life. Most of the incidents are due to personal problems between people. Some reporters portrait as related to jhidasists and stuff. I've got a friend who's working as a teacher and her coordinator is an American lady. She's been in the school for more than 5 years now. So I suggest you take the job as long as you have a better financial benefit.
