I have been offered a Marketing position in an IT company in Dammam.聽 Company has only marketing visa at the moment. I have BCS (Computer Science) degree and dont have MBA degree.

My question is it must to have a degree for this visa?

you can have a different profession on your visa, that's not a problem.
And if you can justify your profession with some courses in your undergrad, that is enough to get family visa as well.
