Istaqdam permanent Family Visa on My Profession

Salam all,

i apply through absher for my permanent family visa but it give error "Your Sponsor is not added for family visa application. Please visit Istiqdam for more Info. "聽 my company status is clear and all the documents of my company are updated, my profession was changed before 8 years & now my Profession on iqama is "Technical Services Advisor" and i have MBA Finance degree attested聽 from HEC , MOFA & Saudi Embessy, my question is can i get family visa with these documents by visiting istqdam? Need Suggestions.

First of all i am unable to find your profession in the eligible list of professions for family visa.

I don't know about it.

Your degree doesn't matter if your profession is not eligible.

And for that company problem, its on your company.

There are so many things involved, may be your company has reached the limits of it's quota of working visa/family visas.

Or they haven't paid some taxes or dues.

But most likely, they don't have the limit/permission for a new visa.

Nobody can help you here.

Ask your company about it and go to istiqdam.

They will tell you what to do.

@Shani Khan Jadoon The error you are getting is common now a days for many people, so you can go to jawazat with complete documents with original degree which is registered in Saudi Engineering council against your profession on iqama. get an appointment for istaqdam and go to jawazat direct with below documents.

1- Manual Visa request form stamped and signed by your sponsor.

2- letter to isteqdam for permission to issue you family visa attested by chamber of commerce.

3- your original iqama and passport copy with VISA stamped and border number page with orginals.

4- wife passport

5 Marriage certificate translated in arabic and attested by your country MOFA and saudi embassy.

6- if children there registration form with transalation and attested by your country MOFA and saudi embassy.

7- YOur company commercial registration certificate copy.

8- your GOSI certificate.

9- your Saudi engineer council certificate and letter to isteqdam print from Saudi Engineer council website.

10- pre paid fee for 2000 riyal for one family (one family means wife and all kids included)聽 fee is same for all member or only wife.

keep all original with you.

Let me elaborate.

Every company has a quota for hiring employees.

Let's assume your company has quota for 10 office employees (engineers, manager, clerk etc) with 8 family status.

May be they have reached the limit of 8.

But we don't know it, not sure at all.

Better to visit istiqdam.

@Shani Khan Jadoon then you need to register in SOCPA or if you are not willing to do so聽 just fill the manual visa form and follow the procedure which i mentioned above, keep all originals with you,

InshaAllah you will get the visa if you are lucky as there is no effect of rejecting , they will tell you what is missing ,which you can fullfil and then go to them again and get visa.
