I'm a dependent (father's sponsorship) and my husband has only visiting visa here in Saudi Arabia. Is it possible for me to deliver my baby here. If yes, what visa will my baby get and what are the procedures. On whose sponsorhip will be my baby's visa?

I inquired at the hospital and I was told I can deliver here, I'l only need the marriage certificate and the baby's father's valid ID (whichever country he resides in). But I couldn't get any info on baby's birth certificate, visa, etc.

Also, where should I approach officially to get such informations.

The hospital will issue Birth Report and that one you have to submit Civil Affair Office in Nasiriya where you will birth certificate. Then apply for passport. Once passport issued, no visa needed in baby's passport . When the mother want to leave the country, get manual exit stamp from Jawazat.

Correct.聽 The baby doesn't need a visa IF you are eventually planning to leave.聽 If you stay beyond a certain period after birth (I think it's 6 months), you will get fines.聽聽I don't think your father will be able to sponsor your child as a dependent as you are married - not divorced or widowed.
