That means waiting for your current employer approval

Nop if it will be waiting for the current employer approval it will say waiting for the current employer approval while it pending and theres a notice of 30 days

Even me i have the same case聽 but wen i asked they told me that u need to wait for 30 days and it will get updated and the new employer will have to pay fee for transferring and wait until my name will come to his absher but for the same time the notice period is still there and its now 76 days left so actually im confused but im sure that we dont have to wait for the current employer approval
