Iqama expense deduction while Exit by the company.

Abdul jabbar jalaludeen

Dears,
My company recently updated my Iqama. Now after 5 months, I'm going to apply for an exit. But they say, they are going to cut the remaining months Iqama expense from my salary. Can anyone tell me that this is legal or not as per the labor law of Saudi Arabia? And they increased my salary one in 8 years and they didn't add it on my basic wage. Please clarify if anyone have the proper knowledge about the subject. I really appreciate it.

I am not an expert but I would like to tell some basics and whatever doing my company to their workers.
if your contract is finished, your company can not deduct/cut any iqama fee and they have to pay all your benefits.
If they increased your salary then must be included in your basic salary & End of Service benefit as per Labor-law. (make sure you have proof of your salary increment)
you can go Ministry of Labor (MAKTABE AMAL) and file a case against your company.

I am sure you will win the case and get all of your benefits with the salary for those months you spent during the case.

Thanks for your info bro.
People say that the cort procedures and the time fire the hearings will be long. Is that right?
My contract expired a long before. But our company did these cuttings to other employs.
