Just visit a public basketball courts in the area near you during Fridays usually expats play free basketball. Early in the morning until the call of Jumaa prayer around 11am. There is one in exit 5 behind Tala Mall... Most players are Asians (Filipino, Chinese) but be careful not to involve your self in trash talks.
