There is different issue from your side, your company brought you by its visa, but in my case my company did not bring me,In my case I change my sponsorship transfer from company to company and It is my second transfer.

Why would you? Is it a work visa- or business visa? My -ex- company- told em hte same. My visa (paper version only) specifically stipulated 'no work allowed!' Many of these 'organisations are crooked. so beware.

Hello @XTang & @saqayyum2000

I've came to Saudi on "Azad visa" and started a job in a company and then they asked me to give transfer to them and I accepted the request on Qiwa, they also renewed my Iqama. Instantly after this they terminated my manager and bought a new manager on his place and this manager is giving a very tough time because of which I'm getting effected mentally and physically. What should I do in this situation. Can I resign as I still have 20 days left of my probation. What will be the consequences are they going to fine me for my transfer and iqama fees. If yes then how much it will be. Also how to avoid this situation in a best way. Please advise. It's urgent.

Hello,

I came to Saudi on Azad visa and got a job. In the start everything was good work as per work, but suddenly company terminated the manager and a new manager came he is making things difficult. As I'm still in my probation can I resign. I'm asking this because in the start everything was good and they asked me for transfer and I gave them transfer and also they paid for my iqama. What will be the consequences if I resign in this situation. Please advise.
