Prancis pauly

This is the 5th term of my contract ( 9th year). I'm 60+ years old now and wish to avail retirement. Can any one guide me how can i get retirement without any deduction in service rewards and other benefits?

Contract period type:  yearly / every two years (Biennial)

So it means You have already completed 8 years and moved into an additional 2 years contract.

"An employee who stays in the company for more than 5 years but less than 10 years receives 2/3 entitlement (if resigning) and EOS benefits of half salary for the first five years and full salary for the next five years"

Your Work Starting to Last/End Work Day period is 8yrs 9months 8 days approx.
Lets us assume your Last or Latest Final Salary would be 10,000 SAR per month.

So,
EOS (End of Service) for 8-yrs 9-months 8-days calculation will be:

1-5yrs = Half of monthly salary (10,000/2*5 = 25,000 SAR)
5-8yrs = Full of monthly salary (10,000*3 = 30,000 SAR)
9months 8 days = Full of monthly salary (7,722 SAR)

Therefore,
25,000 + 30,000 + 7,722 = 62,722 SAR
Now above amount should be your EOS but You are resigning/breaching your contract so above whole will not be paid, instead, they pay you 2/3 of its total.
Remember if in case Company is terminating your contract they should or have to pay you the whole amount.

62,722 / 3 * 2 = 41,815 SAR
