Hi all
I am going Riyadh soon and I have a couple of questions
Does Netflix work?
Does Spotify work?
Can i purchase films and TV shows from itunes in this region? If so will it be censored etc?
i want to take some films/TV shows with me on my ipad and i will try and make sure they are not offensive but how strict are they at the airport etc. will they check my devcices?
I am trying to find a safe tv series to take with me

Purchase a VPN prior to coming to KSA and your TV viewing will be a joy.

Customs don't generally look at computers nor IPADS anymore.

I was going to tske some films/tv series that were not sexual or offensive

E.g Hobbit, lord of ghe rings House, Bones etc things like.

If they found them on my iPad would there be a problem. I dont want to take any risks.

I wil just download them from itunes when i am over. At least i will know that there ok then. Only down side is that they might be censored that way but at least that will stop me worrying

Get a VPN! That way your Itunes can be set up for your home country and you can download all the TV shows and movies that you want.

Another idea is to get AppleTV and set that up with a VPN for your home country.
