Exit ReEntry Visa

Why my applied and paid Exit ReEntry Visa has not come yet. I paid it through SABBnet since June 22 but never sent my confirmation and copy to forward to my company HR. WHYYYY? Anybody knows why? 2nd time Im taking this through SABB and highlighted to them already telling me to contact MOI. Might be due to RAMADAN. Hope so

Have interacted with the bank already and was advised to get in touch with MOI. Called many times but to no avail. They might have changed their office hours due Ramadan schedule. Almost three (3) now and still no Exit ReEntry Visa still. I might arrive on a situation to purchase a new one. Yuckkkk

I would like to be assisted on MOI as to my purchased Exit ReEntry Visa, hope I get assisted.
