You should post this in the middle east forum for better chance of getting a reply. Perhaps the admin team may relocate it for you.

It is not clear if you are already in KSA or on your way to it. Your wife will obviously be on your visa as a dependent family member.

Saudi is probably not an ideal place for an expat lady to start her career, since employers are reluctant to offer jobs to "first timers".

She could begin with trying with teaching job at Pakistani community school, give tuition in Urdu Arabic and English ( to of course female students).

You must forget about an expat female doing her own business here!

You should know also that you will release your sponsorship to the employer whom your wife will work with and I strongly do not recommend that to any expat in Saudi Arabia
