But it is not clear from when this amnesty is starting and for how long? It is also not clear about the Company / Establishment those are under process to make green. What will be happen for this type of workers?

As far as I have heard, this amnesty is for "illegals" in the kingdom who can now leave during this grace period without any penalty. I don't think this covers employee who are in red category , unless their iqama's have expired and they cannot / want to / haven't renewed and wish to go back to their home countries.
