Advice before work contract

Hi everyone, I am going to sign a contract for a duration of one year. Any advice on what to look for in the contract - elements that should be present/absent?


Have experienced some issue to travel and cross the border for personal needs holidays with the required authorisation of the employer (as far as I understood on internet) ?
