Hi, I just need advice on leaving KSA. I鈥檝e been working here for a month now and don鈥檛 feel like it鈥檚 for me, so I鈥檇 like to return home. I鈥檓 within my 3 month probation period, and my contract states that both employee and employer have the right to terminate the contract within the first 3 months. How do I go about this? And what sort of notice do I have to give once I do this? Any information would be appreciated

Yes Both parties have right to terminate the contract in first three months. Ask for the end of contract application, fill it up and send by email to all concerned parties.
