Status of your request QVP changed to On-hold

Hi,

Can some help on this i have applied QVP on 13 Feb 2025, today i have received message as "Status of your request QVP changed to On-hold"

when i checked details message it shown " Additional time is required by the educational institute to provide the verification"

Any one face this same issue?

I didn't have this notification but dont worry maybe the educational institution took time responding and now they're a bit slow to answer. But most important check your emails, because when they had an issue with my school they sent me an email to take action.
