Pending Case in MOJ but already transferred to new employer

Can anyone bring up an idea to me if what will happen when your previous employer filed a case in MOJ after they accept your transfer request from my new employer in qiwa?


Here is the situation, I provided a written notice of 30 days by email for leaving the company. I am not aware that I have an existing contract in qiwa since I am not getting any message notifying the renewal either SMS or email. So, when I reached the 30 days vacating notice and started my work to new company. I received a case they filed in MOJ with 56k SAR penalty for breaching the contract. Actually, that is the content of the case but not yet final since the hearing will happen on Dec. 15, 2024. However, the employer transfer request has been approved in qiwa and my new employer also had successfully renewed my iqama. The question now, what will happen to the case if my previous employer approved the transfer? I will still attend the hearing for sure but do you think there will be an impact? and what could be the possible resolution for that from MOJ?
