Work Visa Processing from Foreign Affairs Taking too long

Hello,

I got a job at a bank in Jeddah. All contracts signed with employer and it appears the visa process is taking too long, more than 3 months now. I wonder if this is normal or some rules have changed.


is there anything I or one can do expedite this process. my employer keeps asking me to wait till they hear from the ministry of foreign affairs. i am tired of waiting


Note that i'm no longer in the kingdom so I am applying from my original home country.

so basically there is nothing can do except waiting for the employer ? but two weeks to get a visa which is already approved by MOFA is it normal too ? by the way i didn't understand , you want my number ?
