Job offers vs Qiwa contract

Dear all,

My job offer is 3 years (not contract), I joined in January 2023, but company give me qiwa contract in July 2023, I accepted in July. But as per joining I've completed 1 year in January 2024, so I terminated qiwa contract by giving 30 days notice period which is completed on 29 February 2024, after notice period I called my HR and I asked him for clearence and exit and I told him I'm ready to pay remaining 4 months amount until July 2024, but he's demanding to pay remaining 2 years(as per job offer). What to do? Please can someone suggest me?

Starting date 14/07/2023 to end date 13/07/2024.

I started my job from 05/01/2023.

After 6 month they send me qiwa contract.

Also in qiwa my designation is labor but I'm an engineer. They hired me as a engineer but in qiwa it is showing labor. Will it be plus point for me to put case on this to terminate ontract?


Because company is asking me to pay remaining 2 year amount, so I don't know about this what to do?
