Resignation employer is asking for money to issue final exit

Dear all i need help, please who know about this low help me, recently i joined as travel agency manager, but due to my family issue back in home i ask my employer to issue final exit for me, but he asking huge monye like 15000/SAR,  as compensation,  since i joined recently so till i dont have any contract wtih company, what can i do now?

You should negotiate with the employer as he has invested in you financially. Visa endorsement, ticket, Iqama and labor card issuance cost a lot of money. and Since you recently joined, the employer's investment will go in waste if you leave. that's why he is asking compensation.

But

If your reason is genuine and you have real family issues back at home, then you should talk to them, explain things, give your  official resignation. and raise a complaint in Labor office if needed.
