WOMAN ALLOWED TO SPONSOR HER HUSBAND AND CHILD TO BE HER DEPENDENT

Good day Everyone!

I would like to ask if anyone has idea if IS THERE A SAUDI LAW THAT A WOMAN NOT ALLOWED HAVE A DEPENDENT??? Im a nurse with higher position in governmnt hosp here, im on family contract that means in my contract im allowed to hve dependent. BUT I am not sure of the saudi law if a woman allowed to sponsor her husband and child as her dependent? I just gave birth here in the kingdom, due to emergency medical condition I gave birtj before my due date. AM ALLOWED TO APPLY IQAMA for my baby as my dpendent even my husband not yet here in saudi? MY husband also coming here but later this year coz he need to finish his contract in phil prior coming. WHEN HE COMES CAN I ALSO APPLY for him as my dependent???


PLEASE if anyone has idea about my situation please help me. Thank you so much
