Sir i came new to riyadh. I got valid iqama. Now i have emergency to go back india. Is it possible to go without kapil permission. Passport is with me. Suppose if i didnt return back what will be the result. Kindly explain in detailed.

Hi **,

You cannot go without your sponsor permission, you need an EXIT/RE-ENTRY visa from your sponsor. File an emergency vacation, if the reason is valid they will allow you hopefully.

You will be ban 3 years entering the kingdom if you have a re-entry visa if you did not comeback before it's expiry.
