Hi, I got a new job, but my present company doesn't want to give me NOC. Now I am going to apply by ADLSA. Anyone can advise me, before applying in ADLSA I need to resign from my present company?

Second Question: If present company delay to provide job agreement paper with ministry sign what is the process to take quickly of this paper?

Note: job agreement not available online.
