NOC Clarification on a visit visa

Hello everyone,
I had completed 4 years in oman company had terminated me in the month of feb 2021 and my visa got expired in august, company had given me Noc on a particular company鈥檚 name where i got the job but due to covid i couldn鈥檛 come back to oman, now they are like we don鈥檛 have vacancy now, but i am here on a visit visa so if I get a job somewhere do i still require NOC ?
