Hellow,
Am an expat, working as a general dentist in Oman, I am soon going to complete one year of my employment visa.聽 My husband in Dubai wants me to shift to Dubai in a family visa.
My question is can I cancel my current employment visa and take a visa to Dubai directly?聽 Or I have to go back to my home country then travel to Dubai?

Yes you can cancel the employment visa and travel to dubai by land or by air, no need to travel to your home town. Stay safe 馃檹

Yes you can you have that right to do so just give a written resignation letterto sponsor, but it's upto the sponsor to give you NOC i.e no objection certificate to work again in oman, incase if your sponsor doesn't give the NOC you cannot work in oman for 2 years after that you can.
