My bro who got job offer from oman but at the time of gamca medical doctor said that he has little scar which is not related to TB Or pneumonia nor infectious still they are saying that he is unfit to travel due to gamca guidelines can anyone tell me that if anyhow he got visa for oman here in oman if they take chest x-ray do they consider this spot as infectious & depart him from oman.
Kindly answer to my question.

Hi KAZIMIMRAN,
If the GAMCA test report says 'Unfit to travel', then nothing can be done for a minimum period of 3-months. A re-test can be taken after the completion of 3-months.

How do i leave Oman??? i was deceived by my agent to come get a better job but on arrival am being compelled to do house maid job but on refusal my passport was taken from me.
Pls i need help.

Hi Luccibecky,
I am really unable to comprehend why, and with such regularity, this is happening to those who are coming to Oman for work, from your part of the world.
Unfortunately, your country's embassy is not in Oman. Else you could have gone straight to them and they would have taken care of all your needs and requirements - officially.
Leaving these aside for the moment, let's focus on how you can extricate yourself from the unfortunate mess that you are in :
(1) You can file an online complaint against your employer, with the Ministry of Manpower website. You will get called for a hearing, along with your sponsor / employer,
(2) You can file a complaint against your agent with the Royal Oman Police (ROP),
(3) Forcibly confiscating an expatriate's passport is illegal and would amount to human rights violations. So you have a strong case already against your employer in the eyes of the law. Report this to the ROP,
(4) You can lodge a complaint with the Ministry of Manpower about the ill-treatment being meted out to you by your employer,
It is not going to be anytime soon, or easy before you can find a safe way out. But do not give up. Keep on at it and you sure will succeed.
Best wishes.
