Hello everyone,

Living in Oman provides countless occasions to browse local newspapers, listen to local radio stations or watch local TV shows. As everywhere else in the world, local media play a key role in informing the public.

What are the major media in Oman? Which one do you use on a regular basis?

How do you keep up with international issues (newspapers, radio, TV, Internet)?

i聽 use聽 newspaper and mostly read Times of Oman online version on net.

sometimes also read the paper copy/hard copy of the newspaper .

I do read the newspaper times of Oman and browse on Internet to see more stories

I use an internet radio which allows me to keep up with news in my three countries of citizenship (Britain, France and Australia) and also to listen to a range of different music stations. Current favourite RMF Chopin (broadcasting from Poland) which plays Chopin's music uninterrupted non-stop.
