Planning to take IELTS, want to know more details about it in kuwait. Especially, we have to go class or can attend the test straight ?

You don't have to take classes, unless you feel you would need to.

IELTS in Kuwait is the same as anywhere else.

A big yes, many of the times people who are good in English they go for test by thinking that they can easily score well as it is an English exam. But quite often they do not come out with good result because of lack of guidance which eventually demotivates them. So, I personally believe that one must go for coaching before taking test. At the time of coaching , one gets a chance to learn the tips and tricks to crack the exam. Proper guidelines are given to him or her by the trainer. Moreover, he comes to know about the format of the exam.

Therefore, I highly recommend candidates to go for coaching before taking IELTS exam.
