MAM3, there are plenty of topics on life in kuwait on the forum (some by me too), they encompass all topics from best places to live, to accomodation costs, to general living expenses.
i suggest you have a gander thru the forum and read the topics that correlate to ur current query.

Currently its sort of winter here so don't forget to bring those cozy, fluffy outfits. hehehe.. Living here in Kuwait is simple. But beware of nonsense people who can just be so annoying as if its their first time to see human beings. 
There are a lot of malls around and if you prefer some natural wonders you can easily go the seaside. Hope you enjoy your stay here.
