everyone, kindly remember that Kuwait is one of the FEW countries that levies legal fines against any expat caught eating in Public, so if you are not observing fasting during this month, do be very secretive bout any food you slip into your mouth, even water, even whilst driving!
personally I do not think this is a good example of Islam, why should anyone's eating disrupt my fasting? I honestly dont mind, however the authorities seem to!
so, word of caution, eat at home 
I don't find it being a problem at all, considering that I rarely find time to eat during the day throughout the year. I should work on that.
