I am expat myself (Jordanian living in Dubai) … and own a brand new apartment in one of the best buildings in Khalda … 227 square meters and it is a ground floor unit with lots of outdoor space and own parking with direct access to the apartment.

Developer is in the process of putting final touches and I expect to take possession of the unit in August / September.

It’s a stunning / new building … ground plus 2 floors above.
