Hello and welcome to Erbil

1. What is average cost of living for bachelor? Depends on many factors, please be more specific.

2. Is it really safe to work and live in Erbil with family? It is, you jusy have to take the precautions you would take anywhere in the world. If you're a female, it will not be safe to take a cab at night or walk in an unknown neighborhood.

3. What are general office hours? Public offices work from 8am - 2pm, schools from 8am-1pm this is the range.
private sector offices work from 8am-5pm.

4. Is there any sort of entertainment / social places in Erbil? You have two shopping malls that you can go to, Majidi Mall, and Family Mall. Carrefour is opening soon too. This is where me and my friends hang out.

5. How is public transport system? Not good. You have cabs only. and I dont suggest you take one at night.

6. Do you get Indian food in Erbil I don't think we have it here
