Need help with police clearance

Hi everyone,
I wonder if anyone could give information on how to obtain a police clearance in iran. I lived in iran for 10 months in total back in 2017 with multiple entry. I was calling the iran embassy here in jakarta unfortunately they don't have this service as I'm not iranian citizen.
My husband is processing a spouse visa for me and USCIS requires a police clearance from each country i have lived in for over six months. I read from the immigration forum that anyone whose embassy doesnt provide this service, the last resort is asking a friend or somebody who resides in the country to get this police clearance.
Any information is highly appreciated. TIA

Hi There.
Here, in Iran you should call up the official branch of police headquarters, which we call it police +10.
I may be able to take it for you, however, nowadays it's holiday here up to next week.
