Anyone else having problems with BeAware updating your vaccination status in BeAware? I have a paper CPR and it only updated after my first shot 2 months ago then nothing. I鈥檝e been ringing 444 consistently and only received one call back saying there is a problem for paper CPR holders. They offered to email my actual certificate with the QR code to me and I gave them the email address but nothing came. I have a friend who had an expired CPR card, now on paper CPR and someone told her to put her old CPR details even though expired and it updated to green immediately!! Is it because of the photo you think?? Thank you for any advice at this point. Seriously fed up talking to 18 year olds on 444...

Go to Tawasul portal and file a complaint.聽 That they handle properly usually.

Also there are issues due to cpr transition to paper cpr.聽 Put your old details and check if you had an expired cpr before - if not, follow step 1 above.

Sorted. Went to Budaiya Health Centre and they 鈥榬e-updated鈥� my second vaccine status. Still nothing happened. Then went to King Hamad, where I had registered for the vaccine. They got me my certificate in 5 mins and got my BeAware updated in 10. Sorted!
