Hello
I have an expired Qatar Driving license.
1) can I change it in Bahrain ? If not
2) How many class I have to give.

Hi,

I doubt they will entertain a expired license plus its qatarti, due to the ongoing issues with qatar.聽 You will have to go through the normal process of applying for a new license go through the below mentioned link

Based on the current situation, i doubt whether it can be converted, having said that you could visit the traffic directorate and verify.

During my recent theory lecture for getting driving license, Officer there told that they are still converting Qatari license to Bahraini license, this is about 20 days ago.
