Nothing.  If you have a valid passport and residence visa, just leave.


No one will check your pregnancy status. 


The only issue is that airlines will refuse to let you board if you are visibly pregnant.  For that you need a doctor's letter anywhere from 4 to 6 months........and after 7 months, you are not getting on a plane.
