hi guys. hope u all are well..
i got employer from saudi arabia which is willing to send me a working visa however, they also do not know the process i needed here in bahrain to transfer to saudi. tried million times contacting saudi embassy here in bahrain but to no avail.
my employer wants to know what else do they need to provide aside from visa for my smooth transfer to saudi. for ex, do i need to do medical here before transferring, need to go to saudi embassy here for some document stamping and some more info needed. in short, the step by step process.

Country - Bahrain - Visa Type - Work. It will show you all the requirements.
1. Original Passport and Photocopy
2. Passport validity should be more than 6 months.
3. Bahrain Residence Visa Copy (should be Sticker from GDNPR and validity not less than 6 months).
4. Copy and print out of Smart Card (CPR)
5. Two Photograph with white background
6. Passport should have at least 2 blank pages side by side.
7. Applicants with travel document should not have any restrictions or conditions which prevents them from travelling.
8. Pre-approval for work visa issued by MOFA, KSA (refer to the Saudi mission as per point of arrival) / Visa Slip from Ministry of Labour
9. Medical examination report from Saudi Mission Authorized Medical Centre in Bahrain.
10. Copy of Educational Certificates should be attested from MOFA of the issuing country, KSA Embassy in that country and Ministry of Foreign Affairs Bahrain.
11. Work Experience Certificates for Skilled and Technical Labor attested.
12. Original & Photocopy of employment contract signed by the applicant and the employer, attested by MOFA and COC, Saudi Arabia
13. Electronic authorization (WAKKALA) from the employer to the canter.
14. Police Clearance Certificate from Bahrain and attested by MOFA.
15. No Objection Letter from Bahrain Company attested by COC.
  Step 1: Prepare documents
Visit the ‘Visa Information and Guidelines’ section of this website to know your visa category
Refer to the ‘Documents Required’ section and obtain the necessary documents required for you to submit your application at the VFS TasHeel Visa Service Center
     Note: Applicants who have a valid visa for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must wait for the visa to expire before they can apply for a new visa.

    Step 2: Book appointment
Visit the ‘Schedule Appointment’ section of this website to book your appointment to visit the Visa Service Centre. Alternatively, you may visit the Visa Service Center to book your appointment.
The appointment letter will provide you details of your appointment, the Visa Service Center address, fees to be paid and other important guidelines for your application.
    Step 3: Submit Visa Application
If you have an appointment, visit the Visa Service Center not more than 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Do remember to read the Security Regulations before visiting the center.
Upon arriving at the center, you will be provided a token and will be called to the counter where you can submit your documents
All visa centers provide Value Added Services such as SMS Updates and Courier delivery for your convenience. Please refer to the relevant section under ‘How to Apply’ to know more about these services.
    Step 4: Biometric Enrolment
Upon submitting your documents, you will be requested to submit your biometrics information (Biographic data, fingerprints and facial image) at the Visa Service Center.

Your completed visa application will be collected at this counter for further processing.
    Step 5: Track Application
You may track the status of your application from the ‘Track Status’ section of this website
If you have opted for the SMS service, you will automatically receive updates on SMS when your application status changes
    Step 6: Collect your passport
Once your processed application is ready for delivery, visit the Visa Service Center to collect your passport.
Do remember to carry the original Invoice-and-Receipt provided to you during your application submission process. An authorization letter is mandatory if the passport is being collected by a representative/ agent.
If you have opted for the Courier service, your passport will be delivered to the address provided by you during the application submission process.
