Not giving copy of the offer letter

retsu takahashi

Today i just signed an offer letter to this company. But when i asked them to provide me a copy they refused to give me. They were saying  that this is their policy and is not allowed. I am worried that they might change the offer or they might cancel it right after i rendered a month notice to my current employer. They even let me sign the lmra form “intention to transfer and i signed it. I dont know if this is right. But i hope im wrong.

Both things are strange and not common practice.

I would proceed very carefully if I were you.

Dear,

Intention to transfer form is required to be uploaded for your new work permit. Please note that try to stay away from companies who do not give you a copy of the letter. If you have already joined and the work permit is already processed, They have uploaded a contract copy in the LMRA, You can avail of it by going to the LMRA Customer service.
