Paying a fine is one thing.  Having overstayed for such a long period, it is very difficult to get a visa again.  Your sponsor can try with immigration but there is no standard process and no guarantee for success.

My friend came to bahrain on visit visa but coz of some issue she overstayed and then she paid all the dues and went back to india...is there any chance of blacklist?
We asked immigration before sending her back to india they said first she should lve the country after paying fees..and then apply again for visa.

Not blacklist but immigration ban, yes.   There is always a chance of that if you overstay.  You will find out when you apply for a visa.

Sir if there is ban then for how long will it stay?

But sir we went to lmra and we told them the situation they said that pay and exit the country and apply again...and we went to npra also they also said the same thing...so I m confused sir! Pls help me out

Look, just apply again and you will find out.  NPRA/LMRA always say this.  The real test comes when you apply for a visa again.

Im from Pakistan last year 3december i entered in Bahrain on visit visa and i came back on 23january but my visa is only 14days i pay 75bd airport fine and they didn't stamp blacklist on my passport after i apply visa many times but rejected what the problem can i know how long i get blacklist or get banned ,,,,,

They never stamp any blacklist on passport.  The overstay is captured in immigration records.  And comes up when you apply for a visa.   And because of that, they reject your application.  It is difficult to say how long it will remain that way.

Travel ban is ordered by the court. You can choose to fight it there or settle whatever the court judgement has allowed for.  If you get caught by lmra for being illegal, you will be deported.  Honestly, that is not a bad alternative if you want to be able to leave.

What complaint?  You can approach them for voluntary detention and deportation. But keep in mind that it won't be immediate.... They will respect court judgement and until it can be established that you simply can't pay...... And amnesty is ordered, you will be in jail.

@XTang After I arrived in Bahrain Lmrah arrested me at a store and fined me 1000dinner in the store. .And I have been fined 100dinner After about 1.5 years, I applied for a house visa. After applying, I was taken away by phone from the police station. They said I have a fine of 100 days. Then I paid my fine...

The police are telling me that they are appealing to the court. Then I went to the court. The judge saw my passport and gave it to me after a while..

Later when I canceled my house visa and went to shop, lmrah says I have blacklist. Later when I go to sittra lmrah inspection they tell me to bring the paper from the court then they will give me visa. I was talking to a lawyer and he took my power ortini and then he didn't work anymore. Hi says she won't do it to get someone else to do it.

The court gave a verdict in this case for 3 years but my house visa was at the time of the verdict. Now my sentence is over 3 years but I am still staying in Bahrain. I am trying to apply visa. What should I do now, please help me

@XTang I get free visa of Bahrain in 2009.I worked 3 years at free visa but in legal [link under review] March 2012 I get a job offer from a company , I convert my visa free to company.I worked March 2012 to March 2016.But my contract will be ended to April 2016.Due to death of my father I requested for leave but employer did not allow me by saying that if you want leave we will cancel your visa.So they cancel my visa.I pay fine of cancellation 110 bd at airport and return back.In September 2016 I got e.visa and go to Bahrain again but immigration did not allow my reentry and said go back to your country.Now I have job offer again.But I want to know about is there any lability ,fine aur immigration case.How I can know.kindly respond me as soon as possible

It wasn't cancellation fine but overstay fine. You were not allowed to enter, not because of overstay (if it was overstay issue, they wouldnt have given you visit visa) but because you couldn't satisfy immigration officer as to the purpose of your visit. For example, they thought you were going to work on a visit visa as you didn't have funds or return ticket etc. Ask an employer to apply for work visa for you and see what happens.

But if your evisa was a work visa and they sent you back after fingerprinting you.... Then it means that you are blacklisted. You probably tried to enter on a different passport with name change and finger prints gave you away. So you need to be clear about the whole situation.

If 36days overstay in Bahrain and pay fine 75bd then how long after i can get visit visa,,,its one year passed and still i cant get visa why ??

Because you overstayed, there could be a chance your blacklisted as well.

Read what everyone is writing.   And stop asking the same question again and again.

NO ONE can tell you how long.  Also usually for overstay, they will reject new visa application.........even if there is no blacklist.   This can take years and success depends on how much follow up your employer does.

Hi, i just wanted to ask, i came in bahrain as a visit visa last june 30,2022 and after 6 days i got anjob and they process my working visa immediately so i got the visa but after 6 months or working ive decided to comeback to my country and my employer agree coz of my valid reason so they cancel my visa. So now i have plan to buy or applied a skilled visa, is it possible they will give me this visa amd let me pass the immogration? I dont know if my employer put me in blacklist even we ended in good terms

by the way ive decided to apply as a skilled visa coz i think is too risky to apply for another visit visa because i have a record already

If your employer has blacklisted you will not get the visa.

Note: you cannot buy a visa as per law, becareful.

@XTang please sir I wish to find out about my case I was deceived by an agent that he was going to do a free visa for me which cost 650 dinars however he ended up collecting 900 dinars.  After 3 months he told my the system had issues and that he will issue me a two weeks visa to come to bahrain and will change it immediately I get here. On arrival he took my passport on reason that he will do visa change and then I didn't really know how the visa system and employment operated in bahrain.  From October 2022 to March 2024 he retained my passport and I demanded on many occasions for him to return my passport but he didn't.  When I collected my passport on March 1st I realized I had 3 months over stay and also that I didn't have any valid visa in the system.  Immediately I stopped all form of financial transactions with him and tried to get intouch with the company who issued me a visa so that I can clear off my overstay stay . Thr agent refused to reveal any detail about my sponsor until the 26th of March 2023 . I sent him a message requesting to meet in his office so I can pay off my overstay.  He sent to me a wrong location and insisted to meet me at a road side however since he identified himself as my sponsor I handed over my passport as he requested and 280 dinars for my overstay as he charged me. Its been 2 months and he is refusing to return my passport if I don't collect one day extension.  I don't understand the purpose for all this and also he is threatening me. Since my visa expired and which I only realized when I collected my passport I was told I cannot go to the police station that I would need the assistance of a lawyer.  I hired a lawyer and explained my case to him i paid his legal fee and he also got a power of attorney since I don't have my passport with me to legally represent me. I went also to lmra expat center to file a complaint but they are silent on my case. The lawyer too is not gibeing me any feedback its been 1 month and all he says is that the complaint is at the police station under investigation. 

Also during these periods the agent had my passport I had a job offer in December and it was declined because the employer told me I didn't have a visa in the system but the agent kept sending fake extension telling me there was an error in the system.  I only realized all this in March and tried to rectify my situation.  I also had an offer letter in March and another in April but both employer could not proceed to do visa change because I didn't have my passport.  I know I have overstay which clearly came to my knowledge only in March because I was made to believe I have a visa or at least extension.  My sponsor says he will not return my passport if I don't collect one day extension,  I asked him one day extension is for which purpose and irrespective of the fact that I have overstay he still doesn't have a legal right to refuse to give my passport. I don't have a problem leaving the country but he should return my passport and I can clear off my overstay and leave but he kept asking me for more money day and night . He doesn't take my call.or messages. I don't know his office or anything about him because he refused to even disclose his location or office.  I don't know if after I recover my passport and clear off the overstay fee I can be permitted to stay if the country if u have a valid offer letter.

I have been scammed from day one I got into bahrain I have only been trying to rectify my legal status and I fall into one bad hand to the other.  Even the lawyer collected 250 dinars for his fee and 30 dinars for power of attorney but he says nothing concerning my case. I don't know what to do Alternatively to legally recover my passport.  Even one day extension is for what. I don't intend to live illegally I just want to understand what ever one day stands for .and its legal implications. It was later on realized that the man in question an Indian guy is not my sponsor and lmra said his name doesn't match the name of the sponsor under the company who issued me a visa. I.just feel so helpless and confused please help me on what to do

All the offers letters i had have been withdrawn because i do not have a passport,  I was told police investigation is going to take 3 months according to the lawyer i don't even know how true is this because since he collected his fee he doesn't reply to any of my messages.  I feel frustrated and helpless please any advice.  Can I go to the police station myself ? Can I contact CID? Will.it get me in any form of trouble because I don't have a visa and I am overstay?

And also it is when I got here that I realized visas are not sold.  So the agent collected all the money from me and fleed to another country.

Also I don't know if this man who identified himself as my sponsor has full knowledge that I file case against him to return my passport and 280 dinars which he collected for 3months extension. A week later after he was asking for more money that was when I refused to pay any more money because I told him he was looting me. My complaint is to legally recover my passport and money pay off my overstay and the last company offering me employment cannot save my situation I will exit, pay my flight and return to my country he doesn't have to retain my official document.  He said as a sponsor he has every right which by law is totally prohibited.  I have been the victim all along,  I have not been in hiding once I realized my visa was overstay I instead looked for the company to clear off my name and now he doesn't want to return my passport

Also can he use my passport at the immigration without my physical presence because he was insisting i go to the immigration but still I don't know if he wants me to be arrested or what.  I just want to recover my documents legally without being detained or deported or jailed that's why I offered to clear the fine

This is a lot to process.   Look, you basically need to work through your lawyer to get your passport back as a first step.  Ask him to file a report in police against this person for illegally retaining the passport immediately.  Get a better lawyer - I suggest to reach out to Khalid Khan.  Google him.

@XTang wat ifxi buy my own ticket and i be deported can it led to my bqn especially wen i was on visit visa, and expire for, some days,
