EWA contract transfer to someone

Hello experts

       If i am moving out permanently from bahrain, is it possible to transfer the EWA contract to my room mate name?

Or should i close the contract first?

The way EWA operates is that you close your contract and then your friend opens his for the same premises.  There is no transfer as such.
