Documents to show at airport

Hi

I am moving to Bahrain from India.
Could some one clarify me what are the required documents to show to airport immigration authorities at India while departure and in Bahrain at the time of arrival.

Is ECNR passport, Visa and ticket are sufficient at India and Bahrain airport?

Yes, should be enough. Just have a word with your HR and get this confirmed.

The problem is HR doesn't聽 have any idea with regard to emigration rules in India. Airport authorities in India are some times are not helpful and rude as well. So I am just checking here, if some one recently came to Bahrain with employment VISA, what will be the required documents apart from ECNR passport and VISA.
