Have you tried the clubs? Like the Brit, Dilmun and Rugby?

Brit club and Rugby club have the biggest pools but the Dilmun clubs pool is heated. Some gyms have them but not sure which ones.

If you don't mind salt you could swim in the sea. Plenty of places you could go for that, being an island and all and you will not have the problem of it not being big enough.

Hi, I will be in Bahrain in Jan. My school has an indoor pool. Not sure if it will be open to public but will find out for you as I am a swimming coach.

OL1 I prefer pool for workouts but sea is an option   as well. Where is the good beaches.

Its behind the K-Hotel in Juffair.
You can find everything , pool, gym, kick boxing etc.
I think its charges about 40-50 BHD per month and if you go for 3months that will be more less.
Another place is Ramee Hotel in near to K-hotel ... you can find gym and pool there are
they take 25 per month and 3 months 60.
