Shops in Sanad

Hello again

I will be arriving in Bahrain on Friday after having spent a year in Sudan.
I just have some questions regarding the shops in Sanad. Can I find everything I need there (bodybuilding supplements,聽 health foods stores, electronics,聽 etc)? I don't want to have to make long trips to Manama very often.

You can find most things but you will need to drive to Seef / Manama every now and then as the variety of choices are much more in central areas.

I dont know Sanad but remember that Bahrain is in fact a very small island and traffic depending nowhere is much more than about 15-20 minutes away.

Sanad is a reasonably large area and probably has everything you need. Riffa is an area just next to Sanad. Anything you cant find in Sanad, you certainly can find in Riffa. But as brightonguy suggested, a trip to Manama/Adliya/Seef every now and then can be useful.
