Labor court online attendence

Hi ,

聽聽聽I have filed a labour court case against my employers. The schedule they gave me is a visit to court every week on Sunday 8 am .I have work and my new employer isn't willing to let me disappear from work every week . Is there a way that I can put my attendence online and save my self of a lot of travel expenses and work time cuts. Any help would be highly appreciated

No, get a lawyer and give him a POA to represent you if you dont want to go.

Brother I consulted a lawyer and he said my case is straight forward . The amount is very small and it's better that I can put my attendence online . Even the Lmra told me the same but it's only in Arabic and I don't know how to do it
